Dr. Simon Khalil DMD is a skilled general and cosmetic dentist, specialising in anxiety management and patient-centric, preventive dentistry. With experience gained in top dental clinics worldwide, including collaborations with renowned dentists like Dr. Bill Dorman (USA), Dr. Khalil is bringing his unique approach back to the Petersham and Marrickville communities. Committed to giving back, Dr. Khalil is an academic and clinical supervisor at the University of Sydney. He has also provided dental aid in countries such as East Timor, Vanuatu, Haiti, Lebanon, and Cambodia. Additionally, he mentors fellow dentists, utilising his kind, passionate, and energetic personality to build strong relationships with patients of all ages. Dr. Khalil, a graduate of The University of Sydney, stays updated on the latest dental treatments through regular attendance at education courses and seminars, ensuring his patients receive modern and effective care. |

Dr Mac Dean - Dental Surgeon Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS)
Dr Mac Dean graduated from the University of Otago in New Zealand with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He is passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care and believes that every patient deserves to feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout their dental journey. Mac enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a particular interest in preventive, restorative, and cosmetic treatments. He is also experienced in more advanced procedures, including wisdom tooth extractions and dental implants, allowing him to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's individual needs. Beyond the clinic, Mac has a strong commitment to giving back. While studying dentistry, he organised a month-long volunteer trip to Peru, where he led a team of 16 dental students providing treatment to approximately 1,000 children and adults in rural communities with limited access to oral healthcare. Since graduating, he has continued to volunteer his time treating underserved communities both locally and abroad. Known for his friendly and approachable nature, Mac takes pride in building long-term relationships with his patients and helping them achieve healthy, confident smiles. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys playing squash and is often found training or competing in local competitions. |

With over 10 years in the dental industry, Rita Chen, a qualified Oral Health Therapist, prioritizes patient care excellence. Holding a bachelor's degree from the University of Newcastle, Rita also serves as a dental technician with experience from Sydney Dental Hospital. Committed to infection prevention, she promotes oral health awareness in nursing homes. Outside of dentistry, Rita is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher. |
